Personal ATVs and Golf Carts for 2024: 

Effective January 1, 2024: Privately owned ATV or Golf Cart MUST pay a $10 fee at the gate for admittance, verified alongside of Proof of Insurance. Your cart or ATV will be tagged for easy identification while on the grounds. The only exception to the $10 fee is Lifetime Members. 

2024 Golf Cart Rental Program:

NYSEA will be offering Golf Cart Rentals during the show. We would like to emphasize
that our intent is to offer this service to our handicapped and elderly visitors who would
otherwise not be able to enjoy our show.

Daily Rental

Note: We do not reserve golf carts in advance on a daily basis. Each day is a first come, first serve.

•  Two Passenger cart
  o $50 Security Deposit refundable upon return of cart. See contract.
  o $15 per hour
  o All day – $150
  o Complete payment due at time of rental received.
  o No refund for unused hours
• Four Passenger cart (Limited number of these carts available)
  o $50 Security Deposit refundable upon return of cart. See contract.
  o $25 per hour
  o All day – $225
  o Complete payment due at time of rental received.
  o No refund for unused hours

Four-Day Rental – Must be pre-registered. 

• Wednesday thru Saturday of show
  o Cost of Two Passenger Cart: $450 plus a mandatory deposit of $200
  o Cost of Four Passenger Cart: $650 plus a mandatory deposit of $200
  o Must pre-register by July 26, 2024, for the Four-Day Rental
